1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By visiting, accessing, or using Docutomic (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (incorporating our Terms of Service). If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must refrain from using the Service.
2. Description of Service
Docutomic provides browser-native document tools that enable users to convert images (JPG, PNG, WebP) into PDF documents, alter PDF background colors, reorder pages, rotate pages, delete pages, merge PDFs, and target specific file compressions. The tools run client-side in the user's browser environment using WebAssembly and standard browser APIs.
3. Document Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain 100% full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to all images, files, graphics, and documents you process through Docutomic. Docutomic does not claim, store, or license any rights to your files.
Docutomic Assets: The visual interface, branding, logos, trademarks, styling, source code, and design assets comprising Docutomic are the exclusive property of Docutomic and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct
You agree to use Docutomic solely for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any files or photographs you process. You must not use the Service to process unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious materials.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. While we strive for rigorous PDF standards compliance and robust client-side performance, Docutomic does not warrant that file conversions will be entirely error-free for corrupted, proprietary, or unusually structured input files.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Docutomic, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Docutomic may contain links to external third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
